What an absolutely wonderful experience for my first-ever Korean spa treatment! The workers were so friendly, and the lady who was working on me (Sae-Ri, I think?) was professional, approachable, and ever-so-gentle with her hands. It was so peaceful to have the entire place to myself, and I felt so comfortable the whole time. Thank you, Arisoo workers! I’ll definitely come back again. 🩵 감사합니다 🫰🏼

Blissful, rejuvenating and so healing. On a recommendation I took a girlfriend of mine who flew in to this bath house. And we walked away with so much more than what we went in with. Thank you to Bella who was my scrub therapist, the care in which you went about your work was incredibly therapeutic and so giving. I believe all women need a moment in this beautiful place to feel papered with such cherishing actions. I look forward to returning and next time I’ll definitely add the massage on after the scrub.

Had a great time at Arisoo bathhouse Paddington. The facilities are pretty basic but I’m giving it 5 stars because of the wonderful treatment experience with Angie, I felt pampered from head to toe!, from Korean body scrub to head to toe massage to facial :)

Really enjoyed the experience, but in dire need of a renovation and is overpriced. I had never been to a Korean spa, so it was a really good and enjoyable experience, but I had expected something a lot more upmarket, given the prices they charge. If the prices were half of what they are, I would be raving about it with five stars. But at this price level, I would expect more. Apart from needing a renovation - the place is about 20 years past its prime time - cleanliness could be slightly improved. I found three long, dark hairs in the plunge pool. The spa is hard to find. You need to walk towards Oxford Street to get to the back of the building, and then there is a small unassuming door where you need to ring the bell - so I am attaching some photos of the entrance to make it hopefully easier. All in all, it's well worth a visit, especially if you can get a 50% discount (we didn't receive any discount).
